Primary Aluminium smelting industry

The AUMUND cooling conveyor is particularly used in smelting works which function according to the prebake process. It offers special advantages:

  • Cooling of the material in 6-8 hours to below 100° Celsius
  • Collection of the fluorine gases generated during cooling

  • Improved environmental conditions in the potroom
