Rotary Discharge Machine - type LOUISE BEW

The ideal system for reclaiming bulk materials like limestone, marl, dolomite rock, natural or FGD-gypsum, coal, ores and additives from underneath silo rows, hoppers or stockpiles storing:

Equipped with a control system, the rotary discharge machine travels back and forth on rails within the reclaim tunnel. With the logarithmically shaped discharge arms, the machine removes the stored bulk material, including those with poor flow properties, from the bunker shelf. The rotary discharge machine available as block or low profile design, adapts to different applications and specific requirements.

Block Design

The discharge machine of the block design allows for material reclaim from underneath rectangular hoppers or a series of silos in a row. Reclaim is made from either side of the machine. Bulk material reclaim from the bunker shelf with a controlled rate is achieved with the hydraulic drive and frequency converter.

Low Profile Design
The low profile design is installed either for unilateral reclaim or, fitted with a swivel drive, for single or double swivel discharge. For the swivel drive option, the carriage is equipped with a high speed mode on the travel drive and the machine, installed on the supporting structure of the belt conveyor travels to defined areas of the hopper where it reclaimes the bulk material.
