Avoidance of dust creation
Each deep-drawn pan conveyor can be fed via several silo discharge units. These can be activated either manually or electro-mechanically or pneumatically. The systematic switching between the active silo discharge units permits even emptying over the entire silo floor area. The blending of the particle fractions becomes more homogeneous – an elementary prerequisite for constant, qualitatively good grinding performance of cement mills. The design of the silo discharge units is carried out independently of the clinker storage diameter. Adjustable drives and layer-height restrictors ensure a variable discharge output. The discharge widths for conveyors can reach 3,000 mm.
