| Deep-drawn pan conveyor (Type KZB-Q) High-performance, modular system with standard parts The deep-drawn pan conveyor with baffles, type KZB-Q 250, is designed for an angle of slope of between 28° and 40°. Walkways can also be provided in conveyor bridges even at such inclines. For the KZB-Q the deep-drawn pan conveyors are equipped with baffles in order to retain the material during slope conveying. The baffles are welded to the baseplate and fastened at the upper end loose with lugs, which are pressed into the upper part of the side-walls. As with the deep-drawn pan conveyor for an incline up to 28°, the basic concept with this economic slope conveyor includes the use of standard parts in order to reduce the large number of components. The modular system ensures that parts such as sprockets, chains, rollers and tracks are interchangeable with other conveyor types in our product range. This offers a correspondingly high availability when procuring spare parts. |
