The product for heat-resistant continuous use The high-speed bucket-elevator with forged central chain is designed for transport of all types of coarse, hot or abrasive bulk material and thus designed for special applications: from 24-hour operation under heavy-duty conditions with high conveying capacity to applications with lower capacity and discontinuous operation. The BW-Z realises conveying capacities of more than 600 t/h at conveying heights of over 60 m. The BW-Z shows itself to be heat-resistant also in continuous operation: For short time periods even bulk materials having a temperature of up to 400° C can be conveyed. The close bucket arrangement for a homogeneous conveyed material flow, the chain construction with lubricated labyrinth seals and the bucket reinforcement provide the prerequisites for an especially long service life. The lubricated labyrinth seal is at most of the types a standard component of AUMUND-chains and permits a maximum chain link surface pressure of 30 N/mm2. To keep the required maintenance as low as possible AUMUND is using special maintenance free Ni-Hard bearings at the tension axle. |
